Parents with children Fitness classes


Attention all parents that would like to train in a high energy fitness class, but have the problem of not having a babysitter and can't train?? 

We have the solution for you every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 9:30am we run fitness classes where you can leave you child/children in our purpose built play area, having the ability to attend to them at any time while you get your workout in. 

These sessions are a high paced fitness, strength and conditioning class using kickboxing drills and body weight exercises to burn fat, get fit and leave you feeling empowered and energised for the rest of the day!

Brand new Kids Muay Thai classes

We have new Muay Thai kids classes 


Level 1 Monday & Wednesday 4:30-5:15pm
Level 2 Tuesday & Thursday 5:15-6:00pm

Our kids Muay Thai classes are a great way to increase physical activity and make new friends, while gaining the skills needed to develop into a confident and responsible adult.

Students learn the positive benefits of self discipline, develop co-ordination and increase strength and flexibility. 

Parents can be assured we promote discipline, good behaviour and focus on respect. just as much as training the techniques. As a result our students develop their listening skills, increase their concentration levels and gain confidence which reflect improvements at home and school.
