Attention all parents that would like to train in a high energy fitness class, but have the problem of not having a babysitter and can't train??
We have the solution for you every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 9:30am we run fitness classes where you can leave you child/children in our purpose built play area, having the ability to attend to them at any time while you get your workout in.
These sessions are a high paced fitness, strength and conditioning class using kickboxing drills and body weight exercises to burn fat, get fit and leave you feeling empowered and energised for the rest of the day!
